mastering the @wagnerspraytech paint gun was probably the best thing to ever happen to me & the @ryobi_canada nail gun has been such a welcome addition to my growing little power tool family (plus the multi use battery situation is the coolest thing ever and I will simply not shut up about it lol)

today marks the first day of me finally getting back into my morning stretch routine after MONTHS off…

if you’ve been around for a while you’d know that I was a dancer & cheerleader for years growing up and I always used to prioritize daily stretching to keep my flexibility/mobility and also keep my joints happy

so what happened…?

life, really! Deb came back from deployment, I wanted to spend all my time with her. It was the summer, I was spending all my time out of the house. I bought a house, I was (and am currently) spending all my time renovating… and it’s exhausting!

but something inside of me said “just try again” and so I did

I know starting over is soo hard. getting back into a routine is hard too. but incase you’ve also been feeling this way and feel like you need to be told or you need permission… it’s okay to stop and start again. it’s okay to start back at zero. it’s okay to struggle through… as long as you just try again 🤍
